摘  要:目的探讨综合医院门诊厕所环境管理中存在的问题,为提升医院整体管理水平、改善患者就医体验提供参考。方法采取调查问卷、实地走访和案例分析的方法,结合综合医院门诊厕所环境管理的现实情况,以西安市4所综合医院为例,分析医院门诊厕所环境存在的问题并提出改进策略。结果调研显示,4所综合医院门诊厕所在硬件设施、自动化设备、便民设施、墙壁整洁情况以及如厕体验等方面均存在问题。结论建议提升门诊厕所环境管理意识,采取加强基础设施建设、重视人性化设计和厕所文化建设等综合措施,体现医院在厕所文明建设和管理水平方面所取得的成效。Objective To explore the problems existing in the environmental management of outpatient toilets in general hospitals,and to provide reference for improving the overall management level of hospitals and patient experience.Methods By means of questionnaire,field visit and case analysis,combined with the reality of environmental management of outpatient toilets in general hospitals,taking four general hospitals in Xi'an as an example,the problems existing in the environment of outpatient toilets in hospitals were analyzed and improvement strategies were put forward.Results The survey showed that there were problems in the hardware facilities,automation equipment,convenience facilities,wall cleanliness and toilet experience of the outpatient toilets in the four general hospitals.Conclusion It is suggested to enhance the awareness of environmental management of outpatient toilets,take comprehensive measures such as strengthening infrastructure construction,paying attention to humanized design and toilets culture construction,and reflect the achievements of hospitals in toilets civilization construction and management level.
