摘 要:目的基于家庭医生服务适宜技术培训实践,构建具有推广价值的培训模式。方法综合运用访谈法、资料分析、个案研究、分层分析等,从组织模式、管理模式、内容优化模式、运行模式等方面进行多维度分析。结果构建了“上下联动”的家庭医生服务适宜技术培训模式,包括“医教协同-资源整合”的组织模式,“二级培训-强化质控”的管理模式,“医防融合-医文融合”的内容优化模式,“线上普惠+线下精准”的运行模式以及“研-培-联”实践路径。结论开展家庭医生服务适宜技术培训是提升家庭医生团队服务能力的有效方法。高质量培训的开展应有效整合政府、高校、医院等多方资源。Objective To construct a training mode with promotion value based on the practice of appropriate technology training for family physician service.Methods The methods of interview,data analysis,case study and stratified analysis were used to analyze the organizational mode,management mode,content optimization mode and operation mode.Results The appropriate technology training mode of family physician service with"vertical linkages"was constructed,including the organizational mode of"medical and education coordination-resource integration",the management mode of"secondary training-strengthening quality control",the content optimization mode of"medical and prevention integration-medical culture integration",the operation mode of"online universal benefit+offline precision",and the practice path of"research-training-union".Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the service ability of family physician team by carrying out appropriate technology training for family physician service.The development of high-quality training should effectively integrate government,universities,hospitals and other resources.
