摘　　要：习近平群众工作观是新时代群众工作的科学指南。就生成逻辑而言,其源起于马克思主义群众观的根本要求,传承于中华优秀传统文化民本思想的精神基因,赓续于中国共产党群众工作的百年探索,并因应于新形势下群众工作的新特点、新要求;就核心要义而言,其坚持“对人民饱含深情”以厚植群众工作情怀,坚持自我革命以锻造过硬群众工作队伍,坚持人民至上以把稳群众工作航标,大兴调查研究以提升群众工作质效;就时代价值而言,其开创了马克思主义群众观中国化、时代化的新境界,提供了做好新时代群众工作的根本遵循,有助于巩固党的执政基础。Xi Jinping’s concept of mass work is a scientific guide for mass work in the new era.As far as the generative logic is concerned,it originates from the fundamental requirements of the Marxist mass view,inherits the spiritual gene of the people-oriented thought of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,continues the centennial exploration of the CPC’s mass work,and responds to the new characteristics and requirements of mass work under the new situation.In terms of core principles,it adheres to the principle of“deeply caring for the people”to cultivate a strong sense of mass work sentiment,insists on self revolution to forge a strong mass work team,insists on putting the people first to stabilize the navigation of mass work,and vigorously conducts investigations and research to improve the quality and efficiency of mass work.In terms of the value of the times,it has created a new realm of sinicization and modernization of the Marxist concept of the masses,provided the fundamental guidance for doing a good job in mass work in the new era,and helped consolidate the foundation of the Party’s governance.
