摘　　要：作为符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态,新质生产力是以习近平同志为核心的党中央在总结解放和发展生产力历史经验的基础上,以宏大的理论视野和深邃的历史格局对马克思主义生产力理论的时代化创新和中国化实践。从战略考量看,培育发展新质生产力是党团结带领人民以强大战略定力应对百年未有之大变局的必然选择;从战略动力看,培育发展新质生产力为党领导人民全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供动力源泉;从战略保障看,培育发展新质生产力是党在新的历史起点上扎实推进中国式现代化建设的内在要求;从战略旨归看,培育发展新质生产力是党以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措。新时代新征程,从唯物史观的立场、观点和方法出发,科学阐释新质生产力蕴含的鲜明战略意蕴,有利于准确把握新质生产力与传统生产力之间的相互关系,正确认识以科技创新为核心要素的新发展模式,进而为强国建设、民族复兴汇聚磅礴伟力。From a strategic perspective,cultivating and developing new quality productive forces is an inevita-ble choice for the Party to unite and lead the people to respond to the unprecedented changes with strong stra-tegic determination.From a strategic perspective,cultivating and developing new quality productive forces pro-vides the driving force for the Party to lead the people in comprehensively building a socialist modernized coun-try.From the perspective of strategic guarantee,cultivating and developing new quality productivity is the in-ternal requirement of the Party to solidly promote Chinese path to modernization at a new historical starting point.From the strategic purpose,cultivating and developing new quality productive forces is an important measure for the Party to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.In the new era and new journey,starting from the standpoint,viewpoint,and method of materialist conception of history,scientifically interpreting the distinct strategic implications contained in the new quality productivity is conducive to accurately grasping the interrelationship between the new quality pro-ductivity and traditional productivity,correctly understanding the new development model with technological innovation as the core element,and thus gathering tremendous strength for the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation.
