摘 要:对低Mo、复合微合金化设计的SQ460FRW组织性能进行研究,开展普通钢梁与SQ460FRW钢梁的耐火极限测试。研究表明,优化后的SQ460FRW钢主要由铁素体与贝氏体组成。针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体内部高密度位错及第二相粒子析出才能保证耐蚀耐火钢高温屈服强度。在同等涂覆条件下对SQ460FRW钢梁与Q235钢梁进行涂覆并进行耐火测试,SQ460FRW钢梁的耐火极限明显优于普通钢梁。耐火钢受火后软化温度提高,提升了其耐火性能。涂覆42mm厚型钢结构防火涂料的SQ460FRW满足250m超高层钢结构建筑耐火极限4h的防火设计要求。This paper studies the microstructure and properties of SQ46FRW with low Mo and composite microalloying design,and carries out fire resistance limit tests on ordinary steel beams and SQ460FRW steel beam.The results show that the optimized SQ460FRW steel mainly consists of ferrite and bainite.The high density of dislocations and the of second phase particles in acicular ferrite and granular bainite can ensure the high-temperature yield strength of corrosion and refractory steel.Under the same coating conditions,SQ460FRW steel beam and Q235 steel beam are coated and subjected to fire tests.The fire resistance limit of SQ460FRW steel beam is significantly better than that of the ordinary steel beam.The softening temperature of refractory steel increases after being exposed to fire,which enhanced its fire resistance.SQ460FRW with 42mm thick steel structure fireproof coating meets the fire resistance limit requirements of 4 hours for super high-rise steel structure buildings over 250 meters.
