摘  要:本研究旨在探索全固废胶凝材料固化硫酸盐渍土的力学性能,以实现硫酸盐渍土的可持续固化。研究选用电石渣、煤矸石和粉煤灰作为固化剂,并采用正交实验设计,分别在不同的养护龄期(7d、28d、56d、90d)下进行无侧限抗压强度测试,以研究各种因素对盐渍土固化力学性能的影响。实验数据采用投影寻踪回归方法进行建模预测,并通过极差分析和方差分析深入探讨结果。研究表明,电石渣对土壤无侧限抗压强度的影响最为显著,尤其是在养护初期7d至28d;而硫酸盐的掺量在56d至90d的养护阶段对强度的影响较大。此外,全固废胶凝材料固化硫酸盐渍土的无侧限抗压强度与电石渣、煤矸石及粉煤灰的用量呈正相关,且随着硫酸盐浓度的增加,抗压强度表现出先增后降的趋势。研究结果表明,全固废胶凝材料固化的硫酸盐渍土力学性能明显优于天然硫酸盐渍土,证明了全固废材料在盐渍土固化中的潜在应用前景。This study aims to explore the mechanical properties of sulfate-saline soil stabilized by all-solid waste cementing materials,with the goal of achieving sustainable stabilization of sulfate-saline soils.Carbide slag,coal gangue,and fly ash were selected as stabilizers,and an orthogonal experimental design was employed to conduct unconfined compressive strength tests at different curing ages(7d,28d,56d,and 90d)to investigate the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of saline soil stabilization.The experimental data were modeled and predicted using the Projection Pursuit Regression(PPR)method,with further analysis conducted through range analysis and variance analysis.The results indicate that carbide slag has the most significant effect on the unconfined compressive strength of the soil,particularly during the early curing stages 7d to 28d.The amount of sulfate had a larger impact on strength during the curing periods from 56d to 90d.Additionally,the unconfined compressive strength of sulfate-saline soil stabilized by allsolid waste cementing materials was positively correlated with the quantities of carbide slag,coal gangue,and fly ash.The compressive strength showed a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing with the increase in sulfate concentration.The study concludes that the mechanical properties of sulfate-saline soil stabilized by all-solid waste cementing materials are significantly superior to those of natural sulfate-saline soils,demonstrating the potential application of all-solid waste materials in the stabilization of saline soils.
