关于丁基胶封装有效提高光伏组件抗湿热性能的研究

摘  要:晶硅太阳能电池会受到各种环境因素引起的侵蚀,从而导致各种功率衰减和失效,但是通过合理的设计、材料选择和日常维护,可最大限度减少这些负面影响。封装晶硅太阳能电池的丁基胶,相比于EVA、POE、PVB等常用的光伏组件封装胶膜,具有更好的低透气性、耐化学药品性、耐侯性、电绝缘性和吸震性等,可减缓光伏组件在极端环境下受到的水汽侵蚀,延长光伏组件使用寿命。DH1100h后,应用了K-6(8×1.5)规格的丁基胶封装组件,其内部材料间的结合较好,性能更加优异,在对照组功率衰减1.94%的情况下,K-6组件功衰仅有0.98%。但是在DH2000h及之后的超过标准要求时长的试验中,丁基胶封装组件的性能也下降到了和对照组相同的情况,此时水汽入侵,组件性能均明显变差。Crystalline silicon solar cells are susceptible to erosion caused by various environmental factors,resulting in power attenuation and failure.However,through reasonable design,material selection,and daily maintenance,the negative impact of these factors can be minimized to ensure the long-term stable operation of solar cells.The butyl rubber used to encapsulate crystalline silicon solar cells has better low air permeability,chemical resistance,weather resistance,electrical insulation,and shock absorption compared to commonly used photovoltaic module encapsulation films such as EVA,POE,PVB,etc.It can slow down the water vapor erosion of photovoltaic modules in extreme environments and extend the service life of photovoltaic modules.After DH1100h,due to the K-6(8×1.5)specification butyl rubber encapsulated components applied,the bonding between the internal materials of the components is better,resulting in better performance.The power attenuation with K-6 component is only 0.98%,while that of the control group is 1.94%.However,after DH2000h and subsequent tests exceeding the standard requirements,the performance of the butyl rubber encapsulated components also decreases to the same level as the control group.At this time,water vapor invades and the performance of the components significantly deteriorates.
