摘 要:建筑回填领域出现了一种水泥基轻质材料,该材料因其独特性能而受到广泛关注。本文围绕不同施工工艺对水泥基轻质材料的影响展开研究,阐述水泥基轻质材料两种不同的施工工艺,研究不同施工工艺制备的试件抗压强度、收缩率和体积密度随养护龄期的变化趋势,并探索适宜的检测方法。结果表明,水泥基轻质材料的抗压强度、收缩率随养护龄期的增加而逐渐增大,养护14d时达到最大值,之后趋于稳定;水泥基轻质材料由于其轻质多孔的特点,应尽量选择大尺寸试块进行收缩率检测;选用将泡沫送入搅拌好的水泥浆中制备的产品,密度低、收缩小,更能体现材料的特点。A cement-based lightweight material has emerged in the field of building backfill,which has attracted much attention due to its unique properties.This paper focuses on the influence of different construction processes on cementbased lightweight materials,with a particular emphasis on two different construction processes.The trends of compressive strength,shrinkage rate,and bulk density of specimens prepared by different construction processes with curing age are investigated,and the suitable testing methods are explored.The results show that the compressive strength and shrinkage rate of cement-based lightweight materials gradually increase with the increase of curing age,and reach their maximum values after 14 days of curing before stabilizing.Due to its lightweight and porous characteristics,cementbased lightweight materials should be tested for shrinkage using test blocks with the largest possible size.The product prepared by feeding foam into the mixed cement slurry has low density and small shrinkage,which can better reflect the characteristics of the material.
