摘 要:采用正交试验法研究了矿渣粉、复合增强剂及陶粒对轻质高强透水混凝土性能的影响。结果显示:矿渣粉和陶粒均能改善制品透水性能和干表观密度,复合增强剂能大幅制品的抗压强度和透水性能,其对综合性能影响最大,结合总功效系数和综合平衡法分析,三个影响因素从大到小依次为复合增强剂B>陶粒C>矿渣粉A。本研究中正交试验结果显示三个影响因素最佳组合为A3B3C2,即20%掺量矿渣粉、6%复合增强剂、20%陶粒。The influence of slag powder,composite reinforcement agent,and ceramic particles on the performance of lightweight high-strength permeable concrete was studied using orthogonal experimental method.The results showed that both slag powder and ceramic particles can improve the water permeability and dry apparent density of the product.The composite reinforcement can significantly enhance the compressive strength and water permeability of the product,and it has the greatest impact on the overall performance.Combined with the total efficacy coefficient and comprehensive balance method analysis,the three influencing factors from large to small are composite reinforcement B>ceramic particles C>slag powder A.The results of the orthogonal experiment in this study showed that the optimal combination of three influencing factors was A3B3C2,namely 20%slag powder,6%composite reinforcing agent,and 20%ceramic particles.
