摘 要:本文研究了高效减水剂(SP)用量对高流动性自密实混凝土(SCC)性能的影响。设计了七种混凝土配比,水胶比(w/c)范围从0.35到0.45,细集料/总集料(F/T)比范围从0.40到0.60,生产了42批含不同SP用量的混凝土。使用坍落流动度、U-box和筛分分离测试分别测量了混凝土的工作性、通过性/填充性和分离稳定性。研究结果表明,最大性能及所需SP用量与水胶比和F/T比密切相关。通常,增加F/T比可提高最大性能,但同时也增加SP的需求。通过量化各配比的稳定性,为满足SCC要求的SP用量或坍落流动度提供了可接受范围。基于这些结果,本文提出了针对隧道工程施工的SP用量和F/T比的优化建议,为相关施工提供理论支持与技术指导。This article investigates the effect of the dosage of high-efficiency water reducing agent(SP)on the properties of highly flowable self compacting concrete(SCC).Seven concrete mix proportions were designed,with a water cement ratio(w/c)ranging from 0.35 to 0.45 and a fine aggregate/total aggregate(F/T)ratio ranging from 0.40 to 0.60.42 batches of concrete with different SP contents were produced.The workability,passability/filling ability,and separation stability of concrete were measured using slump flowability,U-box,and sieve separation tests,respectively.The research results indicate that the maximum performance and required SP dosage are closely related to the water cement ratio and F/T ratio.Usually,increasing the F/T ratio can improve maximum performance,but it also increases the demand for SP.By quantifying the stability of each ratio,an acceptable range of SP dosage or slump flowability is provided to meet the requirements of SCC.Based on these results,this article proposes optimization suggestions for SP dosage and F/T ratio for tunnel engineering construction,providing theoretical support and technical guidance for related construction.
