摘 要:强震动记录Flatfile为地震工程和地震学研究提供了关键的数据支持。自20世纪中叶以来,随着高灵敏度地震仪器的发明和全球地震观测网络的建立,强震动记录数据累增,推动了其Flatfile的形成和发展。基于第18届世界地震工程会议展现的研究成果,调研了国际最新研究进展,简述了强震动记录Flatfile的定义与特点;根据Flatfile的建设目的和数据范围,介绍了不同类型的强震动记录Flatfile;并综合各类广泛应用的Flatfile,详细探讨了其常见内容及标准化处理方法。此外,还简要介绍了我国在强震动记录Flatfile建设中的最新进展,对未来发展方向进行了简要展望。Strong-motion record Flatfile provide critical data support for research in earthquake engineering and seismology.Since the mid-20th century,with the invention of highly sensitive seismic instruments and the establishment of global seismic observation networks,the accumulation of strong-motion record data has driven the formation and development of Flatfile.Based on research findings presented at the 18th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering(18WCEE),this paper reviews the latest international research progress,outlines the definition and characteristics of strong-motion record Flatfile,and introduces different types of Flatfile according to their construction purposes and data scope.Furthermore,it provides a detail discussion on the common content and standardized processing methods of widely applied Flatfile.In addition,the paper briefly introduces recent progress in the development of strong-motion record Flatfile in China and provides a concise outlook on future trends.
