电动汽车配电网滚动优化调度方法研究

摘  要:针对电动汽车用户增加带来的配电网挑战,通过蒙特卡洛法模拟电动汽车无序充放电日负荷曲线,提出基于分时电价的滚动优化调度策略,以降低峰谷差率和充电成本,同时考虑用户意愿和配电网削峰填谷需求。在IEEE33节点配电网中,分析并确定了有序充放电负荷的最优选址节点,以最小化网内负荷波动。In response to the challenges brought about by the increase in electric vehicle users in the distribution network,a Monte Carlo simulation of the disorderly charging and discharging daily load curve of electric vehicles is used to propose a rolling optimization scheduling strategy based on time of use electricity prices,in order to reduce peak valley difference and charging costs,while considering user willingness and the demand for peak shaving and valley filling in the distribution network.In the IEEE33 node distribution network,the optimal location node for ordered charging and discharging loads was analyzed and determined to minimize load fluctuations within the network.
