摘  要:为提高箱梁托架现浇施工效率和质量,施工企业应不断提升自身管理水平,加强施工风险控制和质量保障措施。结合文献和以往实践经验,以红旗特大桥主墩0-1#块项目为例,分析了施工风险及其预防措施,探讨了箱梁托架现浇施工技术要点。工程采用现浇箱梁托架施工技术,质量控制灵活,施工效率高。影响桥梁工程施工安全的因素复杂,施工过程应加强施工风险控制,有效预防施工安全事故,为工程施工顺利进行提供安全保障。工程实践证明,该技术施工质量安全可靠,桥梁主墩具有良好的承载能力、抗震性以及耐久性。To improve the construction efficiency and quality of cast-in-place box girder brackets,construction enterprises should continuously enhance their management levels and strengthen construction risk control and quality assurance measures.Combining literature research and past practical experience,this article takes the 0-1#block project of the main pier of Hongqi Grand Bridge as an example,analyzes construction risks and their preventive measures,and explores the key construction techniques of cast-in-place box girder brackets.The adoption of the cast-in-place box girder bracket construction technology in the project offers flexible quality control and high construction efficiency.The factors affecting the construction safety of bridge projects are complex.During the construction process,construction risk control should be strengthened to effectively prevent construction safety accidents and provide safety guarantees for the smooth progress of the project.Engineering practice has proven that this technology ensures reliable construction quality and safety,with excellent load-bearing capacity,seismic resistance,and durability.
