摘　　要：为提升桥梁整体质量,满足煤运重载列车行驶对桥梁稳定性和安全性的要求,以新建蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道工程良山大桥为研究对象,围绕其3#~6#墩现浇连续梁墩梁式支架施工进行研究探讨。支架施工是现浇连续箱梁施工的首要内容,在支架拼装后需进行检查验收、预压等操作,以消除非弹性变形,获取弹性变形相关参数,为后续模板安装及钢筋混凝土施工提供技术和安全质量保障,所以必须严格按照设计方案施工,规范支架施工工艺,充分保证支架施工的整体质量。In order to improve the overall quality of the bridge and meet the requirements of the stability and safety of the coal transportation heavy load train,the Liangshan Bridge of the newly-built coal transportation channel project from Mengxi to Central China is taken as the research object,and the construction of the cast-in-place continuous beam pier support of piers 3~6 is studied and discussed.Support construction is the primary content of cast-in-place continuous box girder construction.After the support assembly,inspection and acceptance,preloading and other operations need to be carried out to eliminate non elastic deformation,obtain relevant parameters of elastic deformation,and provide technical and safety quality assurance for subsequent formwork installation and reinforced concrete construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly follow the design scheme for construction,standardize the support construction process,and fully ensure the overall quality of support construction.
