摘 要:目前,城市地铁明挖、盖挖及半盖挖法车站的围护结构形式复杂多样,其主要工法为地下连续墙和钻孔灌注桩。地下连续墙安全性能高,具有较强的抗渗漏水效果并兼具挡土、承重等功能,在市区尤其周边环境复杂地段得到广泛应用,因施工阶段过程质量管控、地质条件的复杂性,地下连续墙存在不同程度的渗漏。主要以治理地连墙渗漏为目的,采用坑内注浆堵漏、安装止水钢板、坑外旋喷桩加固等方法,减少或根治了因地连墙渗漏水而引发的基坑变形、边沉建构筑物及地面沉降等隐患。采用注浆堵漏、安装止水钢板等方法,有效地减少了基坑渗漏水,开挖过程中基坑、周边建构筑物及地面形变可控。Currently,the retaining structure forms of urban subway stations constructed by open-cut,top-down,and semi-top-down methods are complex and diverse.The main construction methods are diaphragm walls and bored cast-in-place piles.In particular,diaphragm walls have high safety performance,strong anti-seepage effects,and functions such as soil retaining and load-bearing,and are widely used in urban areas,especially in areas with complex surrounding environments.Due to the complexity of quality control during the construction phase and geological conditions,diaphragm walls have varying degrees of leakage.This paper aims to treat the leakage of diaphragm walls by using methods such as grouting plugging inside the pit,installing water-stop steel plates,and jet grouting pile reinforcement outside the pit,reducing or completely eliminating potential hazards such as foundation pit deformation,settlement of adjacent buildings,and ground subsidence caused by seepage of diaphragm walls.Methods such as grouting plugging and installing water-stop steel plates effectively reduce the seepage of the foundation pit,and the deformation of the foundation pit,surrounding buildings,and ground is controllable during the excavation process.
