摘 要:长输天然气管道作为重要的能源输送网络,其用于防腐的阴极保护系统对于保障管道安全性至关重要。阴极保护技术广泛应用于防腐领域,在实际运行中,电流分布不均、电流强度异常及系统老化等问题频繁发生,导致保护效果不足或失效,进而影响管道的长期安全。从长输天然气管道防腐的重要性入手,分析了长输天然气管道防腐及阴极保护常见缺陷,并提出了优化电流分布、精细化调控电流强度和强化系统可靠性等针对性的解决策略,旨在为长输天然气管道的防腐工作提供理论依据和技术支持,进一步推动管道保护技术的完善。As an important energy transportation network,the cathodic protection system for anti-corrosion of long-distance natural gas pipelines is crucial for ensuring the safety of pipelines.Cathodic protection technology is widely used in the anti-corrosion field.During actual operation,problems such as uneven current distribution,abnormal current intensity,and system aging frequently occur,resulting in insufficient or ineffective protection,which in turn affects the long-term safety of pipelines.Starting from the importance of anti-corrosion of long-distance natural gas pipelines,this paper analyzes the common defects in anti-corrosion and cathodic protection of long-distance natural gas pipelines,and proposes targeted solutions such as optimizing current distribution,fine-tuning current intensity,and strengthening system reliability.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the anti-corrosion work of long-distance natural gas pipelines,and further promote the improvement of pipeline protection technology.
