摘　　要：随着我国经济水平的不断攀升,社会需求不断增加,电力设备得到了大范围的推广和应用,促使人们更加关注电力设备。电力设备的使用效果离不开科学的成本管理,成本是影响电力企业效益的关键因素,为了实现电力资源的优化配置,提高电力企业决策分析的科学性,必须从全寿命周期成本视角完成电力成本的分析,为电力设备的管理提供良好支持。以电力设备全过程分析方法为理论基础,从采购、安装等不同的视角对其过程成本进行全面探讨,通过科学的管理方法实现电力设备管理效果的最大化。With the continuous rise of China's economic level and the increasing social demand,power equipment has been widely promoted and applied,prompting people to pay more attention to it.The effectiveness of power equipment is inseparable from scientific cost management.Cost is a key factor affecting the benefits of power enterprises.To achieve the optimal allocation of power resources and improve the scientific nature of decision-making and analysis in power enterprises,it is necessary to analyze power costs from the perspective of life-cycle cost,providing good support for the management of power equipment.Based on the whole-process analysis method of power equipment,this paper comprehensively discusses the process costs from different perspectives such as procurement and installation,and maximizes the management effect of power equipment through scientific management methods.
