摘  要:褪黑素在动物体内广泛存在并发挥调节生物节律和生殖系统发育的作用,研究褪黑素的合成途径及其对雌性动物生殖系统的调控机制对提高雌性动物繁殖能力具有重要意义。近年来的研究已明确了褪黑素在动物多种器官和组织中的合成途径,并揭示了褪黑素能与MT1、MT2等受体结合,介导特定信号通路控制促黄体素等生殖激素和细胞因子的分泌,从而起到调控卵泡和黄体发育、卵母细胞成熟和胚胎发育等重要生殖过程的作用。本文对褪黑素在动物体内的合成途径、受体分布以及对雌性动物的生殖器官和早期胚胎发育的调控机制进行综述,旨在为将来褪黑素在雌性动物繁殖领域的理论研究和生产应用提供参考。Melatonin is widely present in the animal body and plays a role in regulating biological rhythms and the development and function of the reproductive system.Therefore,the study on its synthesis pathway and the regulation mechanism on the reproductive system of female animals is of great significance to improve the reproductive ability of female animals.In recent years,studies have clarified the synthesis pathway of melatonin in various organs and tissues,and have shown that melatonin binds to receptors such as MT1 and MT2,and mediates specific signal pathways to control the secretion of reproductive hormones and cytokines,such as luteinising hormone,and thus plays a role in regulating follicular and corpus luteum development,oocyte maturation,and embryo development,which are important reproductive processes.In this paper,we review the synthesis pathway,receptor distribution,and regulatory mechanism of melatonin on reproductive organs and early embryonic development in female animals,with the aim of providing reference for future theoretical research and production application of melatonin in female animal reproduction.
