摘 要:提高畜禽营养及健康水平是全面提升畜禽产品质量安全保障能力的基础。在现代集约化养殖模式下,鸡脂质过度沉积不仅影响其自身健康水平,也会降低饲料转化率,更是造成肉鸡肉品质及蛋鸡产蛋性能下降的重要因素。鸡脂质代谢过程复杂,受转录因子、激素等诸多因素调控。MicroRNA(miRNA)是近年来新兴的调控因子,在鸡脂质代谢过程中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了miRNA在鸡肝脏、腹脂组织和肌肉组织脂质代谢的调控作用,旨在为鸡脂质代谢分子机制研究提供参考。The advancement of livestock and poultry nutrition and health is a foundamental basis for the comprehensive enhancement of the quality and safety of animal products.In the context of modern intensive farming,the excessive deposition of lipids in chickens not only affects their own health status,but also reduces the feed conversion rate.It constitutes a significant factor in the decline of meat quality in broilers and egg-laying performance in laying hens.The metabolism of lipids in chickens is a complex process that is regulated by a multitude factors,including transcription factors and hormones.In recent years,microRNA(miRNA)has emerged as a significant regulatory factor in this process,playing a pivotal role in chicken lipid metabolism.This paper reviewed the regulatory role of miRNAs in lipid metabolism in chicken liver,abdominal fat tissue and muscle tissue and was intended to provide a reference point for the further study of the molecular mechanisms underlying chicken lipid metabolism.
