摘  要:非编码RNA(Non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)是由基因组转录形成的不编码蛋白质的一类RNA分子,根据其片段长度和结构可分为长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、microRNA(miRNA)和环状RNA(circRNA)等,对基因的转录和翻译过程具有重要调控作用。随着高通量RNA测序(RNA-seq)等技术的发展,部分与胚胎附植和胎盘发育相关的非编码RNAs的生物学功能不断被揭示。本文综述了lncRNA、miRNA和circRNA等ncRNAs在猪胚胎附植和胎盘发育过程中的研究现状,以期为应用ncRNAs提高我国母猪的繁殖性能提供重要参考。Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)are a class of RNA molecules formed by genome transcription that do not encode proteins.According to their fragment length and structure,they can be divided into long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),microRNA(miRNA)and circRNA,etc.It plays an important role in regulating gene transcription and translation.With the development of high throughput RNA sequencing(RNA-SEQ)and other technologies,the biological functions of some noncoding RNAs related to embryo attachment and placental development have been continuously revealed.In this paper,the research status of ncRNAs such as lncRNA,miRNA and circRNA in pig embryo implantation and placental development was reviewed,in order to provide an important reference for the application of ncRNAs to improve the reproductive performance of sows in China.
