摘　　要：外泌体是一种直径为30~100 nm的膜泡,由不同类型的细胞分泌到生物液中,外泌体存在于精液、附睾液、子宫液以及卵泡液中。与其他体液相比,精液中的外泌体含量十分丰富,存在于精液中的外泌体称为精浆外泌体(seminal plasma exosomes,spEXs)。spEXs中含有大量的脂类、蛋白质、胆固醇、mRNA和一些非编码RNA(small non-coding RNAs,sncRNAs),这些分子在雄性生殖过程中都有潜在的作用,对精子发生、顶体反应和精子获能等过程有重要调控作用。本文主要阐述了spEXs的特征及其内包含的sncRNAs在雄性生殖中发挥的多种生物学功能,为spEXs的进一步研究提供参考。Exosomes are membrane vesicles with a diameter ranging from 30~100 nm,secreted by various types of cells into biological fluids.These vesicles,known as exosomes,are present in seminal fluid,epididymal fluid,uterine fluid,and follicular fluid.Those found in seminal fluid are referred to as seminal plasma exosomes(spEXs).In comparison to other bodily fluids,seminal fluid exhibits a particularly rich concentration of exosomes.spEXs are characterized by abundant lipids,proteins,cholesterol,mRNA,and various non-coding RNAs,all of which play potential roles in male reproductive processes,including sperm maturation,acrosome reaction,and sperm capacitation.This article primarily elucidates the characteristics of spEXs and the diverse biological functions of the encapsulated small non-coding RNAs(sncRNAs)in male reproduction,providing a reference for further research on spEXs.
