摘  要:近年来,我国推动“白条禽”进入市场,毛孔细腻且均一的家禽屠体外观更受消费者青睐,这种屠体外观和羽囊发育过程相关。羽囊是禽类动物特有的皮肤附属物,也是研究动物器官组织形成和再生等分子互作的微型结构,其生长和发育受包括Wnt、BMP、SHH和RA等多个信号通路的调控。Wnt信号通路参与调控皮肤羽囊原基的诱导形成、羽芽的延长和极性发生以及羽毛周期性生长等多个生发阶段,是羽囊生长发育过程中重要的调控信号通路。本文简述了禽类羽囊形态发生的过程以及Wnt信号通路重要分子的结构和功能特点,阐述了Wnt信号通路对羽囊原基的形成、羽芽发育、羽囊发育作用以及羽毛周期生长的调控,为选育“白条禽”参考指标提供信息支撑。In recent years,China has promoted the entry of“bare poultry”into the market,and the appearance of the carcass with delicate and uniform pores is more favored by consumers,which is related to the development process of feather follicle.The feather follicle is unique skin appendage of avian,and it is also a miniature structure for studying the molecular interaction of animal tissue generation and regeneration.The growth and development of feather follicle is regulated by multiple signaling pathways,including Wnt,BMP,SHH and RA.The Wnt signaling pathway plays key role in the regulation of development and growth of feather follicle which is involved in regulating the induction of feather primordium,the polar growth of feather bud,and cyclic growth of feather.This review illucidates the morphological development of feather follicle and the structure and function of the Wnt signaling pathway,and the function of Wnt signaling pathway on formation of feather primordia,development of feather bud,and feather growth.Provide information support for the selection of reference indicators for“bare poultry”.
