摘  要:催乳素,又名促乳素,是一种主要由垂体前叶泌乳素细胞合成分泌的多肽类激素,通过与催乳素受体结合发挥作用。催乳素参与动物生殖、泌乳、生长发育等多种行为的调控过程。目前,催乳素在雌性动物中的生殖生理作用已被广泛探讨,在雄性动物上的研究较少,但催乳素对精子生成及睾酮产生等发挥着重要作用。本文综述了催乳素的结构、分泌调节过程及对生殖的影响,并重点探讨了催乳素及其受体在雄性动物生殖中的调控机制等,以期为雄性生殖生理调控提供新思路。Prolactin is a peptide hormone synthesized and secreted mainly by prolactin cells in the anterior pituitary gland,and acts by binding to the prolactin-receptor.Prolactin is involved in the regulation of many behaviors in animals,including reproduction,lactation,growth and development.At present,the reproductive physiological role of prolactin has been widely explored in female animals and less studied in males,but prolactin plays an important role in spermatogenesis and testosterone production.Therefore,this paper reviews the structure,secretion regulation process and effects on reproduction of prolactin,and focuses on the regulatory mechanism of prolactin and its receptor in male animal reproduction,with a view to providing new ideas for the future physiological regulation of male reproduction.
