摘  要:高效准确的性别控制技术对畜牧业生产具有重要的实用价值和现实意义。利用X、Y精子之间的差异将X精子与Y精子分离,使用分离后的精子进行人工授精从而改变动物后代性别比例,是目前最为有效的性别控制方法之一。免疫学分离法即利用X、Y精子间的差异表达蛋白,根据抗原抗体结合或激活特定蛋白来改变某一类精子的运动能力进而分离精子的方法,具有高效、廉价、对精子损伤低等优点,是性别控制技术领域的研究热点。本文对哺乳动物X、Y精子差异表达蛋白以及利用免疫学方法分离X、Y精子的研究进展进行综述,旨在为X、Y精子分离技术以及性控精液分离方法的建立提供参考。Efficient and accurate gender control technology has important practical value and relevance to livestock production.One of the most effective methods of sex control is to separate X sperm from Y sperm by utilizing the differences between X and Y sperm,and use the separated sperm for artificial insemination to change the sex ratio of animal offspring.Immunological separation method is a method that use the differentially expressed proteins between X and Y spermatozoa to change the motility of a certain type of spermatozoa based on antigen-antibody binding or activation of specific proteins to separate the spermatozoa,has the advantages of being highly efficient,inexpensive,and causing low damage to spermatozoa,and it is a hot spot of research in the field of gender control technology.This paper reviews the progress of research on mammalian X and Y spermatozoa differentially expressed proteins as well as the separation of X and Y spermatozoa using immunological methods,with the aim of providing a reference for X and Y spermatozoa isolation techniques as well as the establishment of sexually controlled semen isolation methods.
