摘　　要：我国拥有丰富的小麦秸资源。小麦秸是牛羊等反刍动物日粮的重要组成原料,具有刺激反刍、促进唾液分泌的作用,还可提供部分能量。由于小麦秸营养价值较低,其开发利用不充分,这限制了小麦秸在反刍动物生产中的应用,进一步加强小麦秸的开发利用,可降低反刍动物生产中对苜蓿干草等优质饲草的过度依赖。本文主要综述了小麦秸的营养特性、加工处理技术及其在牛羊生产中的应用,以期为小麦秸饲料化利用及深入研究提供参考。China is endowed with abundant wheat straw resources.Wheat straw is a crucial component of the daily diet for ruminant animals like cattle and sheep.It plays a role in stimulating rumination,promoting saliva secretion,and providing a certain amount of energy.Due to the relatively low nutritional value of wheat straw,its development and utilization have been insufficient,restricting its application in ruminant animal production.Further strengthening the development and utilization of wheat straw can reduce the excessive reliance on high-quality forages such as alfalfa hay in ruminant animal production.This article mainly summarizes the nutritional characteristics,processing and treatment techniques of wheat straw,and its application in cattle and sheep production,with the expectation of providing references for the feed utilization and in-depth research of wheat straw.
