摘  要:家畜精液的稀释与体外长期保存是人工授精技术成功的基础。葡萄糖作为精子保存稀释液中重要的营养物质,可为精子提供能量并维持细胞外微环境渗透压,常以较高的浓度添加于家畜精子稀释液中。研究表明,高浓度葡萄糖不利于精子细胞结构与功能的维持,降低稀释液葡萄糖浓度会改变精子蛋白质翻译后修饰过程,提高精子质膜及顶体完整率,改变能量代谢相关酶活性,增强线粒体功能,进而影响精子的能量代谢。因此,本文就稀释液中葡萄糖浓度对家畜精子能量代谢的影响及调控机制进行综述,以期为优化稀释液配方及提高家畜繁殖效率提供参考。The dilution and long-term in vitro preservation of livestock semen are the basis for the success of artificial insemination technology.Glucose,as an important nutrient in sperm preservation diluent,can provide energy for sperm and maintain the osmotic pressure of the extracellular microenvironment.It is often added to livestock sperm diluent at high concentrations.Research has shown that high concentrations of glucose are not conducive to maintaining the structure and function of sperm cells.Reducing the concentration of glucose in diluent can alter the post-translational modification process of sperm proteins,improve the integrity of sperm plasma membrane and acrosome,alter the activity of energy metabolism related enzymes,enhance mitochondrial function,and thus affect sperm energy metabolism.Therefore,this article reviews the effects and control mechanisms of glucose concentration in diluent on energy metabolism of livestock sperm,in order to provide reference for optimizing diluent formulations and improving livestock reproductive efficiency.
