摘  要:聚焦于激光选区熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)技术制造的AZ91D镁合金部件,探讨深冷循环处理对其微观结构和力学性能的影响。通过深冷循环处理显著改善了AZ91D镁合金的微观结构和力学性能。研究发现,经过四次深冷循环处理后,生成细小且弥散的β-Al_(12)Mg_(17)沉淀相,显著提高了材料的力学性能,伸长率提高了73.0%,屈服强度提高了14.0%,抗拉强度提高了15.4%。然而,十次深冷循环处理后,β-Al_(12)Mg_(17)相消失,导致材料强度降低。实验结果表明,适当的深冷循环处理次数能有效提升SLM成形AZ91D镁合金的力学性能,而过多的循环可能导致材料性能下降。研究为SLM成形镁合金的后处理提供了重要手段,对于航空航天和现代工业领域中高性能镁合金部件的应用具有重要参考意义。This study examined the impact of deep-cooling cycle treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SLM-fabricated AZ91D magnesium alloy components.Deep-cooling cycle treatments,involving repeated exposure to extremely low temperatures followed by heating,markedly enhanced the microstructure and mechanical properties of the AZ91D magnesium alloy.After four deep-cooling cycle treatments,theβ-Al_(12)Mg_(17) phase of the alloy increased,which significantly improved the strength and ductility of the material.However,after ten deep cooling cycle treatments,the β-Al_(12)Mg_(17) phase diminished,leading to a decrease in the strength of the material.The experimental results indicate that the appropriate number of deep-cooling cycle treatments can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of SLM-formed AZ91D magnesium alloy,while excessive cycles may lead to the degradation of material properties.This study provides a scientific basis for the post-treatment of SLM-formed magnesium alloys,significantly impacting the application of high-performance magnesium alloy components in aerospace and advanced industries.
