摘　　要：Profibus-PA是专为过程控制自动化系统设计的现场通讯总线技术,能够为企业生产管理、智能诊断、运行维护提供丰富的现场数据。本文着重介绍了Profibus-PA仪表选型、冗余Profibus-PA通讯网络设计、Simatic PCS7系统中总线仪表调试与管理、故障诊断与处理方案在某年产24万吨炭黑生产线尾部烟气净化环保项目中的应用。冗余Profibus-PA通讯的应用提升了环保项目运行的稳定性和数据采集能力,为整个炭黑生产线连续生产提供了保证。Profibus-PA is a kind of field communication bus technology designed for process automation systems,which can provide a mass of measuring data for production management,intelligent diagnosis,operation and maintenance of chemical enterprises.This paper focuses on the application of Profibus-PA instrument selection,redundant Profibus-PA communication network design,PA instrument management in Simatic PCS7 system,failure diagnosis and solution in an project of flue gas purification at the tail of a carbon black production line with an annual output of 240,000 tons.The application of redundant Profibus-PA communication improves the stability of the operation of flue gas purification project and the ability of data collection,providing a guarantee for the continuous production of the entire carbon black production line.
