摘 要:本文深入探讨了1000 MW锅炉水冷壁在高温环境下的腐蚀问题,分析了腐蚀的原因并提出了相应的防范对策。首先,文章介绍了锅炉水冷壁的基本结构、热交换机制以及热负荷分布情况。随后,详细分析了导致高温腐蚀的多种因素,包括材料特性、工作温度、燃料成分和燃烧条件以及锅炉水质和化学处理。文中进一步阐述了高温腐蚀对锅炉性能的负面影响,包括对水冷壁壁厚的侵蚀、热交换效率的降低以及对锅炉寿命和维护成本的增加。最后,提出了一系列防范高温腐蚀的有效对策,如材料选择与表面处理、燃烧过程的优化、水质管理和化学添加剂的使用以及定期的检查和维护。这些措施的实施对于提高锅炉的运行效率、延长设备寿命和降低运营成本具有重要意义。In this paper,the corrosion problem of water wall of 1000 MW boiler under high temperature environment is deeply discussed,the causes of corrosion are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Firstly,the basic structure,heat exchange mechanism and heat load distribution of boiler water wall are introduced.Subsequently,a detailed analysis of various factors leading to high-temperature corrosion,including material characteristics,operating temperature,fuel composition and combustion conditions,as well as boiler water quality and chemical treatment,was conducted.The negative effects of high temperature corrosion on boiler performance,including the erosion of water wall thickness,the decrease of heat exchange efficiency and the increase of boiler life and maintenance cost,are further expounded.Finally,a series of effective countermeasures to prevent high-temperature corrosion are proposed,such as material selection and surface treatment,optimization of combustion process,water quality management and use of chemical additives,as well as regular inspection and maintenance.The implementation of these measures is of great significance for improving the operating efficiency of boilers,extending the life of equipment and reducing operating costs.
