摘 要:本文围绕配电网设备运行中的风险评估与状态评价展开研究,重点分析设备特性、性能差异和故障规律。通过统计方法与机器学习技术,构建故障预测模型,预测设备故障发生的时间点与类型,优化维护决策。针对电网结构复杂性与技术应用风险,提出设备状态评价体系,明确状态量并采用分类与扣分评价法,全面识别设备运行风险。结合多种信息收集手段,提升设备状态监控与风险评估能力。研究成果有效提高了配电网运行维护的效率与可靠性,推动电网运行的智能化和资源配置的优化。This study focuses on risk assessment and condition evaluation of distribution network equipment,with an emphasis on analyzing equipment characteristics,performance differences,and failure patterns.Fault prediction models are developed using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to predict the timing and types of equipment failures,optimizing maintenance decisions.A condition evaluation system is proposed to address the complexities of grid structure and technological risks,clarifying state variables and employing classification and scoring methods to comprehensively identify operational risks.By integrating various information collection methods,the ability to monitor equipment conditions and assess risks is enhanced.The findings effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of distribution network operations and maintenance,driving the intelligent operation and optimization of resource allocation within the grid.
