摘 要:为了探究钼基催化剂在煤液化过程中的利用,本文设计并制备了十六烷基三甲基硫代钼酸铵(CTATTM)、环烷酸钼、辛酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼等系列不同配体的钼基催化剂,并对其组成结构、油溶性、油产率进行研究,分析不同催化剂的液化性能,通过实验探寻最佳催化剂。结果表明,CTATTM的油产率达到了相对最高的84.97%,沥青质产率最低,气产率相对较低,这说明CTATTM在与淖毛湖煤催化加氢液化过程中加氢效果好,能及时稳定煤基自由基碎片,防止缩聚产生沥青,性能表现最佳,液化效果最好。In order to investigate the utilization of molybdenum based catalysts in coal liquefaction process,a series of molybdenum based catalysts with different ligands,such as CTATTM,molybdenum cycloalkanoate,molybdenum octanoate,and molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate were designed and prepared in this paper,the composition,structure,oil solubility,and oil yield of these catalysts were investigated,and the liquefaction performance of different catalysts was analyzed.The optimal catalyst is explored through the experiments.The results showed that the oil yield of CTATTM reached a relatively as high as 84.97%while the asphaltene yield was the lowest,and the gas yield was relatively low.This indicates that CTATTM has a good hydrogenation effect in the catalytic hydrogenation liquefaction process of naomaohu coal,which can timely stabilize coal radical fragments,prevent condensation from producing asphalt,and has the best performance and liquefaction effect.
