摘 要:小接管是石化装置检测的难题,本文设计了新型磁化头,适用于DN10、DN15、DN20尺寸小接管的漏磁检测。通过建立小接管有限元模型,并内壁设置裂纹、矩形槽及半球形缺陷,对其进行有限元仿真分析,得到缺陷处漏磁场的空间分布状况,并分析不同形状缺陷漏磁场空间分布特性。结果表明,新型磁化头能够适用于DN10、DN15、DN20尺寸小接管,并能满足磁化强度要求,识别裂纹等不同形状的缺陷。The detection of small pipes presents significant challenges in petrochemical installations.This study introduces an innovative magnetizing head specifically designed for magnetic leakage testing of small diameter pipes,including DN10,DN15,and DN20.A finite element model was developed to simulate small pipes,incorporating defects such as cracks,rectangular grooves,and hemispherical voids within the inner wall.Comprehensive finite element analysis was performed to elucidate the spatial distribution of the magnetic leakage field at the defect locations and to investigate the distribution characteristics of the magnetic leakage field associated with various defect geometries.The findings demonstrate that the novel magnetizing head is effective for small pipes of DN10,DN15,and DN20 dimensions,fulfilling the necessary magnetization intensity requirements and successfully detecting a range of defect types,including cracks and other geometric anomalies.
