缩唇—腹式呼吸训练对胸腔镜肺大疱切除术患者术后并发症及康复效果影响  

Influence of pursed-lips abdominal breathing training on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracoscopic bullectomy

摘　　要：选择2021年6月至2024年6月收治的胸腔镜肺大疱切除术患者82例,按随机数表法设为对照组(n=41)与研究组(n=41)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上接受缩唇—腹式呼吸训练。比较两组肺功能(用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1/FVC)、舒适度、并发症及生活质量。结果发现两组干预后FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC比干预前高,且研究组比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组干预后舒适度各维度评分比干预前高,且研究组比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率4.88%,比对照组的19.51%低(P<0.05)。两组干预后生活质量各维度评分比干预前高,且研究组比对照组高(P<0.05)。该结果说明缩唇—腹式呼吸训练可有效改善胸腔镜肺大疱切除术患者肺功能,提升舒适度,减少术后并发症发生,促进康复。Eighty-two patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary herpetic resection admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected,and were divided into the control group(n=41)and the study group(n=41)according to the method of randomized number table.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group received lip-contraction-abdominal breathing training on this basis.Lung function[forceful lung volume(FVC),first second forceful expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC],comfort,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The results revealed that FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were higher in both groups after the intervention than before the intervention,and were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The post-intervention scores of comfort dimensions were higher than pre-intervention in both groups,and were higher in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications was 4.88%in the study group,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group(P<0.05).The post-intervention scores of quality of life dimensions were higher than pre-intervention in both groups,and were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The results suggest that lip-contraction-abdominal breathing training can effectively improve lung function,enhance comfort,reduce postoperative complications,and promote rehabilitation in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary herpetic resection.
