摘　　要：目的:了解沂源县3~6岁幼儿园儿童健康情况,掌握主要疾病,提升社会、家庭、幼儿园关注,为儿童健康成长护航。方法:县妇幼保健院每年对全县3~6岁幼儿园儿童进行健康查体,包括一般体格检查、心肺听诊、肝脾检查、佝偻病及贫血体征检查、耳鼻眼口腔检查、血细胞分析、视力及外耳道和双眼视觉检查等。结果:通过系统查体,实现疾病早发现、早干预、早治疗,并向相关部门及家长反馈,引起全社会重视,采取预防措施,减少不良因素影响,共同保护儿童健康。结论:3~6岁儿童缺乏自我管理能力,其营养、成长、管理及生活习惯依赖成年人。全社会应高度重视儿童健康,加强科学管理,根据近年主要疾病及妇幼保健机构反馈,制定预防措施,防患于未然,提升儿童身体素质。Objective:to understand the health status of 3-6 year-old children in kindergartens in Yiyuan County,grasp the main diseases,enhance social,family,kindergarten awareness,and lay a solid foundation for the children's healthy growth.Methods:the County Maternal and Child Health Care Institute conducts annual health examinations for all 3-6 year-old children in kindergartens in the county,including general physical examination,cardiopulmonary auscultation,liver and spleen examination,symptoms of rickets and anemia examination,examination of the ear,nose,eye,and oral cavity,blood cell analysis,visual acuity and examination of the external auditory canal and binocular vision.Results:Through the systematic examination,early detection,early intervention,and early treatment of diseases are achieved,and feedback is provided to relevant departments and parents to arouse the whole society's attention,take preventive measures,reduce the adverse effects,and jointly protect the children's health.Conclusion:3-6 year-old children lack the ability to manage themselves,and their nutrition,growth,management,and lifestyle depend on adults.The whole society should attach great importance to children's health and strengthen scientific management.Based on the main diseases and feedback from maternal and child health care institutions in recent years,preventive measures should be formulated to prevent diseases before they occur,enhance children's physical fitness.
