摘 要:目的:研究肺炎支原体抗体联合超敏C反应蛋白检测诊断小儿早期肺炎支原体肺炎感染的价值。方法:选取2023年7月至2024年7月本院收治的疑似支原体肺炎感染的78例患儿,对患者分别进行肺炎支原体抗体和超敏C反应蛋白检测,与病原学诊断结果相比,探究二者单独检验以及联合检验的诊断效能。结果:经病原学检测78例患儿中,有35例患儿确诊肺炎支原体肺炎感染。肺炎支原体抗体27例感染,超敏C反应蛋白检测出26例感染,联合诊断34例感染。联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单一检测,漏诊率与误诊率均低于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测的阴性预测值与阳性预测值均高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体抗体联合超敏C反应蛋白检测诊断小儿早期肺炎支原体肺炎感染具有较高的准确性,误诊率与漏诊率均显著降低,预测值较高。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of pneumonia mycoplasma antibody and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in early childhood mycoplasma pneumonia infection.Methods:A total of 78 children suspected of mycoplasma pneumonia infection admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected.The patients were respectively tested for pneumonia mycoplasma antibody and hs-CRP,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two tests alone and combined was compared with the results of pathogen detection.Results:Among the 78 children diagnosed by pathogen detection,35 were confirmed to have mycoplasma pneumonia infection.27 children were infected with pneumonia mycoplasma antibody,26 were infected with hs-CRP,and 34 were infected with combined detection.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of combined detection were all higher than those of single detection,and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were all lower than those of single detection,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the negative predictive value and positive predictive value of combined detection were both higher than those of single detection,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of pneumonia mycoplasma antibody and hs-CRP has high accuracy in diagnosing early childhood mycoplasma pneumonia infection,with significantly lower rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and high predictive values.
