以关键词为主对“心主血脉”的知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:以关键词为主可视化分析近30年“心主血脉”理论相关研究的现状和发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库1994年1月至2024年8月5日收录的“心主血脉”相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献的关键词进行知识图谱绘制。结果:共纳入文献363篇。关键词聚类图谱显示,主要研究内容为疾病、治疗研究、病因病机、理论内涵;“双心疾病”“胸痹”“心悸”从突现起持续至今,为当前研究前沿。结论:未来应侧重于用现代的方法与技术为“心主血脉”理论赋予新的发展性内涵,并将其与中医理论相结合,加大对更多中医学古文经典中相关基础理论以及各自深层关系的探究,为现代医学提供佐证,也应扩大探索范围及实验数据,在多系统疾病上探索其临床应用价值。Objective:To visually analyze the status quo and development trend of the“heart-governed blood”theory related research in the past 30 years based on keywords,and to provide references for subsequent research.Methods:The literature related to“heart governing blood vessels”collected in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from January 1994 to August 5,2024 was searched,and the knowledge map of the keywords included in the literature was drawn using CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 363 literatures were included.The key words cluster map shows that the main research content is disease,treatment research,etiology and pathogenesis,theoretical connotation;“Double heart disease”,“chest numbness”and“palpitation”have continued since their emergence,and are the current research frontiers.Conclusion:In the future,we should focus on giving new developmental connotation to the theory of“heart rules blood”with modern methods and technologies,and combine it with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to increase the exploration of relevant basic theories in more ancient Chinese medicine classics and their deep relationships,providing evidence for modern medicine,and expanding the scope of exploration and experimental data to explore its clinical application value in multi-system diseases.
