缺陷管理改进模式应用于医院消毒供应中心手术器械管理的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨缺陷管理改进模式在医院消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2022年8月郑州大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心回收待清洗消毒手术器械726件进行研究,对照组(363件)实施常规流程清洗,观察组(363件)实施缺陷管理改进模式。对比清洗消毒质量控制效果评分、手术器械包装缺陷发生率、器械清洗质量合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、院内感染发生率及手术室医务人员对消毒供应中心的满意度。结果:观察组器械拆装、清洗质量、消毒质量、包装质量、环境管理评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术器械包装缺陷发生率(2.20%)低于对照组(15.43%)(P<0.001)。观察组的器械清洗质量合格率(98.35%)、消毒灭菌合格率(98.90%)均高于对照组的90.36%、90.91%(P<0.05)。观察组手术器械在术中使用致院内感染发生率(0.83%)低于对照组的3.31%(P=0.019)。2组手术室医务人员满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.484)。结论:缺陷管理改进模式有利于提高手术器械清洗消毒效果。Aim:To explore the application effect of defect management improvement mode on surgical instrument management in hospital disinfection supply centers.Methods:From July 2020 to August 2022,726 surgical instruments to be cleaned and disinfected were selected from the Disinfection Supply Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.In the control group(363 surgical instruments),routine cleaning was carried out.In the observation group(363 surgical instruments),the defect management improvement mode was implemented.The quality control effect score of cleaning and disinfection,the incidence of packaging defects of surgical instruments,the qualified rate of cleaning quality of instruments,the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the satisfaction of medical staff in the operating room to the disinfection supply center were compared.Results:The scores of instrument disassembly,cleaning quality,disinfection quality,packaging quality and environmental management in the observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical instrument packaging defects in the observation group was 2.20%,which was lower than that in control group(15.43%)(P<0.001).The qualified rates of cleaning quality and sterilization in the observation group were 98.35%and 98.90%,respectively,which were higher than those in control group(90.36%and 90.91%)(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection caused by the use of surgical instruments in the observation group was 0.83%,which was lower than that in control group(3.31%)(P=0.019).There was no significant difference in satisfaction between the 2 groups(P=0.484).Conclusion:Defect management improvement mode is beneficial to improve the cleaning and disinfection effect of surgical instruments.
