摘  要:目的对斑叶兰(Goodyera schlechtendaliana)及其3种近缘种植物大花斑叶兰(G.biflora)、小斑叶兰(G.repens)、小小斑叶兰(G.yangmeishanensis)进行生药鉴定。方法采用生药学鉴定方法,比较斑叶兰及3种近缘种植物的原植物形态、组织构造和显微特征。结果斑叶兰与大花斑叶兰、小斑叶兰、小小斑叶兰在组织构造和显微特征方面的差异性较小,而在原植物形态特征方面存在明显差异,特别是通过叶(上下表面颜色、叶脉)和花(大小、颜色)的特征结合茎部等部位鉴别点可以鉴别上述斑叶兰属植物。结论该研究可为斑叶兰及其近缘种药用植物的鉴别研究和质量标准制修订提供有益的参考。Objective To identify the crude drugs of Goodyera schlechtendaliana and three related plants,including G.biflora,G.repens and G.yangmeishanensis.Methods The pharmacognostical identification method was used to observe the original plant,tissue structure and microscopic characteristics of G.schlechtendaliana and three related species.Results The differences in tissue structure and microscopic characteristics between G.schlechtendaliana and its related plants are small,but the differences in original plant characteristics are more obvious.These plants can be identified by the characteristics of leaves(upper epidermis and lower epidermis color,leaf veins)and flowers(size and color)combined with the identification points of stems and other parts.Conclusion This study can provide useful reference for the identification research and quality standard revision of medicinal plants of G.schlechtendaliana and its related species.
