摘　　要：目的建立以对照药材为对照物质的定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的白茅根药材“质-量”双标控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,以对照药材为对照物质,建立白茅根特征图谱,通过质谱技术鉴定共有峰化学成分,通过评价对照药材与供试药材特征图谱相似度辨别药材真伪,即“质”;以绿原酸为基准物质,建立特征峰化学成分相对定量研究,区分药材优劣,即“量”。结果建立的白茅根药材“质-量”分析方法符合方法学考察要求,各供试药材与对照药材相比相似度均大于0.900,规定了白茅根特征峰化学成分相对含量下限。结论该方法准确、快捷、简易,可以弥补目前白茅根药材质量控制的不足,达到全面控制白茅根药材质量的目的。Objective To establish a"quality-quantity"double standard control method for Imperatae Rhizoma using the reference medicinal materials as the qualitative control materials and without relying on multiple reference materials for quantification.Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technology,with the control medicinal materials as the reference material,the characteristic spectrum of Imperatae Rhizoma was established,and the common peak chemical composition was identified by mass spectrometry.The authenticity of the medicinal materials was identified by evaluating the similarity of characteristic spectrum between the control medicinal materials and the test medicinal materials,that is,"quality".With chlorogenic acid as the reference material,the relative quantitative study of chemical composition of characteristic peak was established to distinguish the advantages and inferior of medicinal materials,that is,"quantity".Results The established qualitative and quantitative analysis method met the requirements of methodological investigation.The similarity between the tested medicinal materials and the control medicinal materials was greater than 0.900,and the relative content limit of the chemical components of the characteristic peak of Imperatae Rhizoma was stipulated.Conclusion This method was accurate,fast and simple,and can make up for the deficiency of the current quality control of the medicinal materials of Imperatae Rhizoma,and achieve the purpose of comprehensive control of the quality of Imperatae Rhizoma.
