摘 要:目的建立以对照药材为对照物质的定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的赤芍药材“质-量”双标控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以对照药材为对照物质建立赤芍特征图谱,通过质谱技术,鉴定共有峰的化学成分,以对照药材和供试药材特征峰的相似度,明确药材真伪,即“质”;对基准物质“芍药苷”进行准确定量,以“芍药苷”计算不同批次供试品中各特征峰的相对含量,依据特征峰相对含量下限明确赤芍药材优劣,即“量”。结果建立的赤芍药材“质-量”分析方法符合方法学考察要求;确定了9个共有色谱峰,鉴定出了5个化学成分,赤芍供试药材与赤芍对照药材的相似度均大于0.900;规定了赤芍药材特征峰化学成分相对含量下限。结论该方法不依赖多种对照品,能清晰、快速地判断药材的真伪优劣,为赤芍的质量控制方法提供参考。Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative control method for Radix Paeoniae.Methods The characteristic atlas of Radix Paeoniae was established by HPLC,and the chemical constituents of common peaks were identified by mass spectrometry.The authenticity of Radix Paeoniae was determined by the similarity between the characteristic peaks of Radix Paeoniae and those of Radix Paeoniae.The reference material"Paeoniflorin"was accurately quantified,and the relative content of each characteristic peak in different batches of test products was calculated with"Paeoniflorin".Results The quality-quantity analysis method of Radix Paeoniae met the requirements of methodology investigation.9 chromatographic peaks were identified and 5 chemical components were identified.The similarity between the tested herbs and the control herbs was greater than 0.900.The lower limit of relative content of chemical components of characteristic peak of Radix Paeoniae was specified.Conclusion This method can judge the authenticity of Radix Paeoniae clearly and quickly,and can provide reference for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae.
