摘　　要：过敏性疾病又称变态反应性疾病,是一种病理性、具有潜在致命风险的免疫异常反应,近年来全球发病率逐年攀升。目前除主动规避、暴露后紧急服用抗过敏药物外,无长期安全有效的针对性防治措施。食物过敏(food allergy,FA)是过敏性疾病中常见的一类疾病,近年来针对FA的新型免疫疗法及相关机制学研究大量涌现,为后续抗过敏药物开发提供了理论指导和借鉴。本综述总结分析了FA流行病学特征、发病机制,并重点介绍针对FA的免疫疗法研究进展。Allergic disease is one type of chronic and pathogenic disease that can potentially be life-threatening.The prevalence of allergic diseases has significantly increased during the past decades.Effective prophylactic and therapeutic strategies to combat allergic conditions are still lacking except for intentional avoidance and timely treatment upon allergen exposure.Food allergy(FA)is a major type of allergic disease.There is a growing number of studies on the development of novel therapeutics against FA and in-depth investigations into the mechanism of action.In this article,we summarized several key aspects of FA with particular focus on the recent advances in the development of anti-FA immunotherapeutic.
