摘 要:藤黄是一种传统的草药,具有抗炎和止血的作用,藤黄酸是从藤黄提取的主要活性成分,具有多种生物活性,如抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌等。现代研究表明藤黄酸相比于传统单靶点化疗药物,在靶向性、化疗增敏以及逆转耐药上具有独特的优势,可通过多种分子机制发挥明显的抗肿瘤作用。但其毒性大、溶解度低、半衰期短等缺点限制了其在临床上的应用。为了提高癌症疗效,研究者采用新型纳米技术将其他药物与藤黄酸联用,开发了许多纳米递药系统以克服藤黄酸这些缺点。因此,本文总结近年来藤黄酸在多种肿瘤治疗方面的最新研究成果,对藤黄酸的抗肿瘤作用机制及其多途径联合治疗的纳米递药系统进行综述,以期为促进藤黄酸纳米递药系统的开发和临床应用提供参考。Garcinia hanburyi is a traditional herbal medicine with anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effects,and gambogic acid is the main active ingredient extracted from Garcinia hanburyi with a variety of biological activities,such as anticancer,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antibacterial,etc.Modern studies have shown that gambogic acid has unique advantages over traditional single-target chemotherapy drugs in targeting,chemosensitization,and reversal of drug resistance.It can exert significant anti-tumor effects through a variety of molecular mechanisms.However,its shortcomings such as high toxicity,low solubility,short half-life and other disadvantages limit its clinical application.In order to improve the efficacy of cancer treatment,researchers have used many new nanotechnology to combine other drugs with gambogic acid,and developed many nano-drug delivery systems to overcome these deficiencies of gambogic acid.Therefore,this article summarized the latest research results of gambogic acid in the treatment of various tumors in recent years,and reviewed the anti-tumor mechanism of gambogic acid and its nano-drug delivery system for multi-pathway combination therapy,in the hopes of providing a reference for promoting the development and clinical application of gambogic acid nano drug delivery system.
