摘　　要：提升乡村生态保护数字化水平,强化城乡生态环境保护一体化发展,助力乡村经济社会和生态保护相互促进,是乡村振兴战略重要研究领域。文中以公共价值创造理论战略模型为理论依据,重新审视数字乡村建设工作,提出生态保护数字化场景下的数字乡村构建维度;结合数字乡村建设实际,初步探索了在生态保护数字化场景下的数字乡村创新路径,包括平衡城乡生态数字化发展态势、推进生态数字化监管执法制度、完善数字化乡村绿色发展模式等,以期为推动乡村数字经济和生态环境保护发展提供理论支撑。It is a vital area covered by the rural revitalization strategy in China to enhance the digitization level of rural ecological protection,strengthen the integrated development of urban and rural ecological protection,and facilitate the mutual promotion of rural economic development and ecological protection.This paper uses the value creation theoretical framework model as the theoretical basis to re-examine the digital rural governance and proposes the dimensions for digital rural construction in the scenario of digitized ecological protection.It also explores the innovative pathways to digital rural governance under the scenario of digitized ecological protection,focusing on the reality of digital rural construction.The pathways specifically include balancing the digitalis development of urban and rural eco-environment,improving the mechanism for supervision and law enforcement of ecological protection,and enhancing the digitized green rural development models.The study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the digital economic development and ecological environment protection in the rural area.
