艾草粉对散养蛋鸡生产性能及抗病性能的影响

摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同比例艾草粉对散养蛋鸡体重、产蛋性能和抗病性能的影响。选取480只8周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡;试验期为2023年3月—12月(气候条件适宜),1组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,2、3、4组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%艾草粉,试验期间观察鸡群健康状况、生长情况,检测记录蛋鸡体重、开产日、产蛋量以及腹泻和呼吸系统疾病发病率。结果表明:1)与1组相比,2、3、4组蛋鸡16、24、32周龄平均体重均显著增加(P<0.05),其中3组增加量最高;40周龄时2组体重增加不明显(P>0.05),3、4组增加显著(P<0.05);2)2、3、4组蛋鸡开产日均明显提前(P<0.05),分别平均早8、10、7 d;3)40周龄时的产蛋数量,2组与1组接近(P>0.05),3组和4组分别提高5枚和3枚(P<0.05);4)与1组相比,3组在不同周龄时的腹泻发生率均显著下降(P<0.05);4组仅在24周龄时腹泻率显著下降(P<0.05);5)在不同周龄时,2、3组的呼吸系统疾病发生率较1组明显下降(P<0.05),而4组仅在24、32周龄时呼吸系统疾病发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。综上所述,在散养蛋鸡饲粮中添加艾草粉可促进蛋鸡生长发育,促使提前开产,提高产蛋量,增强蛋鸡抗病性能,减少腹泻和呼吸系统发病率;添加1.0%艾草粉效果最佳。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different proportions of mugwort powder on the body weight,egg production performance,and disease resistance of freerange laying hens.A total of 480 Hy-Line Brown laying hens aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate.The trial period was from March to December 2023(under suitable climatic conditions).Group 1 served as the control group and was fed a basal diet,while Groups 2,3,and 4 were supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%mugwort powder,respectively.During the trial,the health and growth status of the hens were observed,and their body weight,age at first egg,egg production,and incidence of diarrhea and respiratory diseases were recorded.Compared with Group 1,the average body weight of hens in Groups 2,3,and 4 was significantly increased at 16,24,and 32 weeks of age(P<0.05),with Group 3 showing the highest increase.At 40 weeks of age,the weight increase in Group 2 was not significant(P>0.05),while Groups 3 and 4 still showed significant increases(P<0.05).The age at first egg was significantly earlier in Groups 2,3,and 4 compared with Group 1(P<0.05),with Group 2 averaging 8 days earlier,Group 3 averaging 9 days earlier,and Group 4 averaging 7 days earlier.At 40 weeks of age,the egg production in Group 2 was similar to that in Group 1(P>0.05),while Groups 3 and 4 had 5 and 3 more eggs,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with Group 1,the incidence of diarrhea in group 3 was significantly decreased at different weeks of age(P<0.05),and that in Group 4 was significantly decreased only at 24 weeks of age(P<0.05).At different ages,the incidence of respiratory diseases in group 2 and 3 was significantly lower than that in Group 1(P<0.05),while the incidence of respiratory diseases in group 4 was significantly lower only at 24 and 32 weeks of age(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of mugwort powder to the diet of free-range laying hens can promote their growth and development,advance the age at first egg,increas
