摘　　要：为了解信阳市罗山县MS流行状况和流行株的分子特征,本研究应用PCR方法对罗山县部分蛋鸡养殖场进行鸡滑液囊支原体病原检测,并对阳性样品VlhA基因进行序列分析。结果表明,从48份样品检测出3份MS阳性样品;VlhA基因序列分析表明,3个流行株与国内流行的K基因型MS参考株具有高度相似性;VlhA基因推导氨基酸序列分析表明,3个流行株与国内流行的MS具有高度同源性;氨基酸变异位点分析发现,H2 MS阳性样品在第43、45位出现突变与缺失。研究结果为罗山地区MS流行病学研究提供了一定的参考。The study aimed to understand the prevalence and molecular characteristics of Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)strains in some egg layer farms in Luoshan County,Xinyang City.PCR methods were applied to detect MS in the samples,and the positive samples'VlhA gene was cloned for sequence analysis.The results showed that out of 48 samples,3 were positive for MS.The analysis of the VlhA gene sequences indicated that the three prevalent strains had a high degree of similarity with the domestic K genotype MS reference strains.The deduced amino acid sequence analysis of the VlhA gene revealed a high degree of homology between the three prevalent strains and the domestic MS strains.Analysis of the amino acid mutation sites found that the H2 MS positive sample had mutations and deletions at positions 43 and 45.The findings provide a reference for the epidemiological study of MS in the Luoshan area.
