摘 要:为探究引起山东省某规模肉鸭养殖场雏鸭死亡的原因,本试验在病死鸭病变肝脏组织中分离到疑似粪肠球菌病原菌。通过细菌分离培养、形态观察、生化试验鉴定、16S rRNA序列分析鉴定病原菌,对分离菌进行抗菌药物敏感性试验,以便精准用药防控。结果显示:分离菌为粪肠球菌,且该菌株多重耐药性较强,对阿莫西林、安普霉素敏感,对头孢噻肟、氟苯尼考、卡那霉素、恩诺沙星、氨苄西林、多黏菌素耐药。本研究为鸭源粪肠球菌的临床防控提供了参考依据。To investigate the etiology of duck mortality in a duck farm located in Shandong Province,pathogenic bacteria suspected to be Enterococcus were isolated from the liver tissues of deceased ducks.For precise pharmacological intervention,a comprehensive approach was employed,including bacterial isolation,morphological observation,biochemical testing,and 16S rRNA sequence analysis for pathogen identification.Additionally,drug sensitivity assays were performed on the isolated pathogens.The results indicated that the isolated strain was identified as Enterococcus faecalis,exhibiting significant multi-drug resistance.The strain demonstrated sensitivity to Amoxicillin and Ampramycin,while showing resistance to Cefotaxime,Flufenicol,Kanamycin,Enrofloxacin,Ampicillin,and Polycolistin.This study offers valuable insights for the clinical prevention and control of Enterococcus faecalis originating from ducks.
