摘 要:新生代大学生在思维方式、价值观念和行为习惯等方面表现出鲜明的代际性特征,关注他们的思想政治教育获得感,对优化思想政治教育具有重要价值。实证调查发现:当前新生代大学生思想政治教育获得感总体处于中等水平,其中知识获得感和意志获得感还有较大提升空间;不同群体大学生思想政治教育获得感水平存在显著差异;学生学习态度、思想政治教育内容供给、学校的文化环境和思想政治教育工作者的人格魅力,是影响新生代大学生思想政治教育获得感的主要因素。提升新生代大学生思想政治教育获得感的策略包括:构建多元化思政教育生态,强化知识和意志获得感;实施差异化思政教学策略,缩小群体获得感差异;聚焦四大关键因素,重视系统推进与全面提升。The new generation of college students displays distinct generational characteristics in terms of thinking patterns,values,and behaviors.Focusing on their sense of fulfillment in ideological and political education is crucial for improving and optimizing such education.Empirical investigations show that the sense of fulfillment in ideological and political education among the current generation of college students is at a moderate level,with considerable room for improvement in both knowledge and will.Significant differences exist in the level of ideological and political education fulfillment among different groups of college students.The learning attitude of students,the content of ideological and political education,the campus cultural environment,and the charisma of ideological and political educators are the main factors influencing students’sense of fulfillment in this area.Strategies to enhance the sense of fulfillment in ideological and political education among the new generation of college students include building a diverse ideological and political education ecosystem to strengthen knowledge and willpower acquisition;implementing differentiated teaching strategies to reduce disparities in students’sense of fulfillment,and focusing on four key factors to prioritize systematic promotion and comprehensive improvement.
