摘 要:日本是一个能源消费大国,其能源需求主要依赖石油、天然气和煤炭等化石燃料。1973年石油危机以来,为了解决能源供给和能源安全等问题,日本开始着力研究太阳能光伏发电技术,在太阳能电池、并网技术、系统集成以及应用等方面取得了很大发展。回顾了日本光伏发电的目的、目标及促进光伏发电产业发展的政策措施,综述了光伏发电现状、太阳能电池研发及应用现状,最后展望了日本光伏发电的未来前景,以期为中国的光伏发电技术的研发、推广应用以及产业的更好发展提供参考。Japan is a major energy consuming country,and its energy demand mainly relies on fossil fuels such as oil,natural gas and coal.Since the 1973 oil crisis,Japan has focused on researches on solar photovoltaic power generation technology to address the issues of energy supply and security.Significant progress has been made in solar cells,grid connection technology,system integration and applications.This article provides an overview of the goals and objectives of photovoltaic power generation in Japan,as well as the policy measures to promote the development of the photovoltaic power industry.The current status of the photovoltaic power generation,and researches and applications of solar cells are summarized.At last,the future prospects of photovoltaic power generation in Japan are forecasted.It could provide useful reference for the research,development and application of photovoltaic power generation technology in China,as well as the better development of the industry.
