基于EN50159标准的库坝监测数据安全传输协议设计

摘　　要：为保障库坝安全监测系统的数据真实、完整、实时、有序地传输至库坝远程监督管理系统,助力远程管理库坝安全,基于EN50159标准,设计了库坝监测数据安全传输协议,并应用于俄日河流域库坝管理中心管理的2座库坝。实践证明该协议在封闭式传输系统中能安全实时地传输数据,可供大坝安全远程管理系统设计时参考。To ensure the authentic,complete,real-time,and orderly transmission of the data from the reservoir and dam safety monitoring system to the remote supervision and management system,and to assist the remote safety management of the reservoir and dam,a monitoring data secure transmission protocol is designed based on EN50159 standard and applied to two dams managed by Eri River Basin Reservoir and Dam Management Center.Practice shows that the protocol can transmit data securely and real-timely in a closed transmission system.It can be useful reference for the design of dam safety remote management systems.
