Based on Baker’s renarrative theory, narrative strategies such as selective adoption of textual materials, indicative construction, and spatio-temporal construction are employed to analyze global communication texts of Hui culture on the English website of the People’s Government of Anhui Province, etc.A comparative analysis of the Chinese source texts and their English translations reveals that translators consciously select narrative themes and texts conducive to global communication of Hui culture.Strategies such as addition, omission, and adaptation are selectively used not only to preserve regional cultural characteristics but also to effectively convey the narrative intentions of the source texts.Furthermore,by reconstructing titles or names and applying spatio-temporal construction, key narrative elements are highlighted in the translations, enhancing the target audience’s comprehension and acceptance of Hui cultural narratives. The translation construction strategies under the framework of re-narration theory contribute to enhancing the global communication of Hui culture and promoting its global visibility and cultural influence.
